Before you submit a support request, you might find this article on common user issues helpful.
You can submit a support request by either:
1. Clicking "Submit a Request" in the top right of the Help Centre homepage

2. Emailing the Aspirations support team at Support@eastlearning.co.uk.
In order to enable us to resolve your queries and issues as quickly as possible, when reporting an issue with the platform not working properly, please include as much detail as possible, such as:
- The URL of the page you are experiencing the issue on
- The browser you are using
- Which user is experiencing the issue
- Any associated error messages
We normally aim to respond to queries within 2 hours during working hours (9am-5pm; Monday-Friday). However, if your request is urgent please ask your Aspirations Lead to call your East Learning team contact.
