As of 18/05/2020, users with Coordinator permissions can now delete staff and student users from the platform. If you are a Coordinator, see this article for steps on how to do this.
If you aren't a Coordinator, the Aspirations support team are happy to do this for you. If you need users removed from your organisation, please submit a ticket which contains the following information for each user to be deleted:
- Full name(s)
- Form(s)
- Email address(es)
When we are asked to delete a user, we archive their records (which removes them from the platform and any relevant charts) - but do not fully delete them.
If you require a student to be completely erased, or want your own data to be deleted, please specify this in your ticket. As per GDPR guidelines, we are obliged to respect your right to be forgotten - although we will need to first check with your DSL to ensure there are no safeguarding implications.
