Only users with Coordinator permissions can add students to Aspire - so if you're a form tutor, head of year, or very keen student, you will need to either contact your school's Aspirations Lead or submit a ticket.
When requesting that students be added to Aspire, please include the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email (beware of typos!)
- The tags to be associated with the student. Note that in addition to Form, Year and Key Stage, it is important that you include any other which your school is using for analysis (e.g. gender, SEN, Pupil Premium) - otherwise any reports run on those groups will be incomplete
NB - Most of the data is refreshed overnight, so any students which have been added may not appear immediately in tables and reports unless you manually refresh them. This can be done on most screens (screenshot below).
