There are a number of roles which a user can have within Aspire. Those roles determine which tabs and data are visible to them.
A user might have one or several of the roles outlined below:

| Coordinators | Typically Aspirations Leads - responsible for administration; adding and managing users and user profiles, adding activities, managing resources NB - note that in the initial Data Request, this role will be referred to as "Administrator" |

Pastoral Leads | Typically the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead - responsible for monitoring alerts and managing which staff can see sensitive data | Pastoral |

Staff | The default role for most members of staff, most of whom will have other roles as well. Currently only able to log conversations with students |
